Linda Yeo Teng Teng began her career in sales and marketing, building a strong foundation in campaign strategy, stakeholder management, and business development before expanding into regional roles across Asia Pacific. With over 15 years of experience, she has worked across retail, media, public service, IT, healthcare support, and travel retail, giving her a practical understanding of the diverse challenges faced by working professionals today.

Over the course of her career, Linda developed a strong passion for learning and development, where she found purpose in helping individuals build confidence, improve workplace skills, and apply learning meaningfully in their careers. Today, she brings this same passion into the classroom, delivering programmes in Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI content creation, digital marketing, workplace communication, people management, leadership, customer service, and productivity improvement.

What sets Linda apart is her ability to make complex topics clear, practical, and accessible. Whether she is working with senior managers, frontline professionals, or learners who are just beginning their digital journey, she adapts her training style to meet learners where they are. Her sessions are structured, engaging, and application-focused, using real workplace examples, hands-on activities, case studies, and guided practice to help learners build genuine confidence.

Beyond the classroom, Linda has led regional marketing campaigns, managed service improvement projects, coached teams, and contributed to the MOH COVID-19 Vaccination Project, where she supported improvements in service efficiency and response time. Her contribution to public service was recognised with the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (COVID-19) Award.
