Daryl Toh Wen Xiang is an ACLP-certified trainer who focuses on creating practical and engaging learning experiences. With more than a decade of experience as a volunteer youth educator, as well as training and operational experience across SMEs and multinational organisations, he brings both empathy and workplace relevance into the classroom.

At Skills Development Academy, Daryl is known for his approachable facilitation style and his ability to make complex topics easier to understand. He creates a supportive learning environment where participants feel comfortable asking questions, testing ideas and applying what they learn to real situations.

Daryl specialises in generative AI, AI content creation and prompting strategies. His work helps learners use these tools more confidently in their professional and creative work. As an ICF coach-in-training, he also incorporates coaching techniques into his facilitation by using reflective questions and learner-led discussions to support deeper learning and greater ownership.
