Krystin Kee Shwu Yee brings over 20 years of leadership experience across government, international relations, and education. Her expertise spans strategic thinking, sense-making, communication agility, critical thinking, stakeholder management, and collaboration—skills honed through two decades of senior leadership in public settings and cross-sector partnerships with corporates and international partners. These experiences now shape her work as a strategic learning facilitator, professional trainer and Generative AI trainer partnering with individuals and organisations to build the skills needed to navigate today’s dynamic workplace.

At Skills Development Academy, Krystin combines her practitioner background with strong professional training credentials. She is an ACLP and DACE-certified trainer, an IHRP Senior Professional (IHRP-SP), and holds two Master’s degrees in Training & Development and Strategic Studies. Her practice is further strengthened by certifications as a Mental Wellness Coach and Human-Centred Design Facilitator (LUMA).
