Serving the community reminds us that even small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference. We were glad to be part of Community Chest Season of Blessings 2026, a meaningful event that brought two annual cultural festivities, Fu Dai and Habuan Harapan, together in one celebration for the first time.
Through this initiative, organisations and volunteers came together to pack and deliver close to 20,000 festive bags, bringing support and encouragement to individuals and families in need.
Our team contributed to the event in two ways: packing and accounting for the essential items that went into the blessing bags, and delivering them directly to beneficiaries. Each role played an important part in ensuring that the festive bags were carefully prepared and reached the right hands.
It was a fulfilling and enjoyable experience, made even more meaningful by the positive and collaborative atmosphere. Seeing so many people come together with a shared purpose was a heartening reminder of what can be achieved when the community works as one.
Being part of the effort on the ground allowed us to connect with individuals and families and contribute to an initiative that reflects the spirit of community and care. Thank you to Community Chest Singapore for organising this meaningful effort and for the opportunity to be part of it.
