Skills Development Academy was proud to be part of the FastJobs x Employment and Employability Institute (e2i)’s Jobs & Skills Discovery Fest 2026 as a Training Advisory Partner.
Held at Junction 8, the event brought together job seekers, employers, and career support partners for a meaningful day of opportunities, conversations, and guidance.
Throughout the event, our team had the opportunity to engage with job seekers and individuals exploring their next career move. From sharing skills advisory to helping attendees understand the importance of future-ready capabilities, it was encouraging to connect with many who were ready to take active steps towards growth.
It was heartening to see many attendees taking the first step towards upgrading themselves, exploring new career opportunities, and learning how AI and digital skills can support them in the changing employment landscape.
With employers and e2i onsite to provide job opportunities, walk-in interviews, and career support, the event served as a valuable platform for job seekers to access guidance and opportunities in one convenient location.
We were glad to be part of the journey alongside FastJobs and e2i, supporting individuals as they explored job opportunities, career pathways, and practical ways to stay competitive in today’s evolving workforce.
