The Spirit of “人”
The human-like figure on the left forming the letter “S” embodies the meaning of “人” (Ren), representing our deeply held People-First Philosophy. It also represents “Skills”, where we believe that equipping Singaporeans with the right capabilities will enable them to create a better future.

The letter “D” cuts through the mountain to create the Path of Development. It symbolises the journey a person takes to rise above challenges. This path signifies that the most crucial part of growth is the courage to start. It reminds us that conquering the mountain isn’t about a giant leap, but about moving forward one step at a time.
